We charge a $75 residential diagnostic fee for unlimited time to diagnose, explain the problem, answer questions and provide the upfront repair cost for approval.

As for the actual repair cost, they can usually cost around $165-$475 depending on the repair issue. This issue could be simply adding some Freon or replacing a motor. Whatever it may be, we will always be honest with our recommendations and give you the best solution possible to what is needed.
There are a lot of different factors when it comes to pricing a new system. It all depends if you want a complete new system or maybe just a condenser. The estimated range for a complete new system is going to range around $4,200-$10,100 and about $2200-$5000 for a single unit. To find out exactly what would be best for you, we will come out to your house free of cost for an estimate and give you the recommended suggestions. We do offer financing with up to 0% interest.
Each install will always vary depending on how many units we have to install and the location of those units. Typically, they will last between 8-10 hours for a single system unless told otherwise.
If we come out and service your unit, you are guaranteed up to 30 days no labor charge if we have to come back and service your unit again. If we have to replace a part unrelated to the previous call, you will only be charged for the part and not the labor.
